Privacy Policy

Blisie is a personal AI assistant that you talk to on WhatsApp, Telegram and the web. It keeps track of what you promised, your tasks and your calendar. Blisie is run by Sandesh Jadhav (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Chat details: your WhatsApp phone number or Telegram user ID and name, and the messages you exchange with Blisie there.
• Google data you connect: your Google Calendar events and Google Tasks. Gmail is only read or used if you choose to connect it.
• What Blisie remembers for you: commitments, reminders, notes and preferences that come from your conversations.
• Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the service, such as request times and errors.

How we use it

Only to provide Blisie to you: answering your messages, creating and updating calendar events and tasks when you ask, sending reminders and daily briefings, and keeping the service working and secure. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Services that process your data

• Google Gemini generates Blisie’s replies. The relevant parts of your messages and connected data are sent to it for each reply.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram carry messages between you and Blisie.
• Google APIs provide Calendar, Tasks and sign-in.
• Our hosting and database providers store the data listed above.

Google user data

Blisie’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you turned on, is never used for advertising, and is not read by people except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in our database. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what is needed to run the service.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google or a chat app at any time in Settings, and you can also remove Blisie’s access from your Google Account permissions. To delete your account and all its data, follow our step-by-step Data Deletion Instructions, email sandeshjadhav2002@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, or message Blisie asking to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days, apart from anything we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email sandeshjadhav2002@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Blisie is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or chat.
